“It’s Not Just Talk Panel Discussion”, Marsha R. Bonner, participated in an event hosted by Beyond Bold and Brave! The evening of discussion with Young and Senior Gays and Lesbians reflecting on issues directly affecting the LGBTQ community. LOVE is and will always be the answer to whatever “affects” and “infects” Our Society. A special thank you to the Co-Founders of Beyond Bold and Brave – Alyce Emory and Kim Ford; members of the Programming Committee – Julie Wortheyy, Rhonda Otten and Stephanie Reid (and a few others); and my fellow Panelist – Sheba Legend – MasculineUs Project, Taneshia-Sacred Walker – Kuumba Health; Nneka Onuroah – Director of “The The Same Difference documentary”, Akinfe Fatou – Spoken Word Artist and Yaya McKoy – Event Moderator and Spoken Word Artist. “African Drumming” by Sistah’s N’ Rhythm which included drummer Ife Velma George who filled the room with “Spiritual Beats of Introspection” which touched My Heart. Also, in attendance was Gale A. Brewer, Manhattan Borough President, New York City, Manhattan, Democrat.
