SEBASTIAN’S NOVEMBER 2016 MARSHAHUGS PORTRAIT DESCRIPTION: a social experiment was performed in a barbershop in Harlem New York were a interracial couple were confronted with discrimination. The experiment was o so interesting because it showed the way people reacted and handled the situation when confronted with a issue that unfortunately still exist . Most people shown interfering with the sonario acted with their heart to stand against rascim but one lady shined so ever bright. Her name was marsha hugs . rather than acting with anger she acted with education love and care and as a result she managed to not only stop the situation from escalating but prevent it for happening . this lesson of love has truly touched my heart and has inspired me to make a portrait of marsha hugs for only one thing is certain and that is that love will always conquer all may the lessons form marsha h.u.g.s live with in all hearts”
