Marsha Moment Message: As many of You know by now, I am a Recovering Alcoholic and Addict with 27 Years Clean from Literally Being a Bum on the Street – Not Expecting Much of Anything to Come of My Life!! I start with this statement because as a Child, My Family had HIGH EXPECTATIONS for Me andthey never ever turned their backs on me. Even when I was a Derelict on the Street they LOVED ME UNCONDITIONALLY – in spite of the Choices that I Made which were Destroying My Life. When I came into the Recovery Process, one of the first things My Sponsor/Spiritual Guide told me to do was to SET SOME GOALS because The God of My Understanding Had Some Stuff He Needed Me to Do on his Behalf. This I did as, I set out to Honor My God – as He Had BLESSED ME with Another Chance at LIFE. Who knew that as a DIRECT RESULT OF EXPECTING MORE FOR MYSELF – I would have the Opportunity to “Encourage, Inspire and Uplift Others Through My Words Actions and Deeds ~ HUGS Mindset”. So, as My Story continues to unfold, I thought I would take this “Moment” to ENCOURAGE YOU to Continue on Your Path and Do All the Things You Ever Wanted and EXPECTED to Do – for YOURSELF and for OTHERS.
